We are a private business consulting company with surplus additional office space available in our very cool modern industrial suite, located just a few blocks from The Oaks (shopping mall). Our office is on the top floor of the building and our view looks south toward the Santa Monica mountain range. Most of our work is via phone within our private offices, so the space is quiet and respectful. The conference room is very high tech, "zoom room" enabled, and with the door shut it is almost soundproof. This is a perfect environment for programmers, advisors, agents, accountants, attorneys and other professionals. The location presents VERY nicely — you will be proud to call this your business "home". Currently two view and three enclosed private offices are available. We also have eight common area workstations arranged in two "quads". Please see the floor plan as one of the attached common area pictures. All offices and desks include: - High-quality office furniture and seating - Utilities and nightly janitorial service - Kitchen Area with upscale appliances - Darts! - Conference Room with full video "Zoom Room" functionality - Very robust high-speed internet and wifi access - Phone system and phone answering available at additional subscription fee. - Controlled entry after hours - Private controlled garage parking for additional fee (subject to availability) We are willing to consider a reduced "bundled" rate for those seeking several offices/work stations and who are willing to commit for more than just a few months' time.
