Equipped with 55" TV and Kandao webcam for videoconferencing . The Kandao 360 webcam has serval modes from active speaker and panoramic. Due to COVID-19 we have reduced the number of occupants per conference room. Conference room seats 11 with social distancing and windows that open. Module tables to be configured for any event: Classroom seating, Round table discussions, meetings and seminars.

5 conference rooms which include a day use office, a 20 person training space which can be configured for boardroom meetings, seminars, workshops, training sessions, testing room, classroom style set-up, depositions. It is easily configured for your exact needs.
Videoconferencing. Complimentary water, soda & coffee. Kitchen. Printer, fax and copier available, additional fee may apply. Free wifi. Can be available weekends and holidays, additional fee will apply. Accommodating staff in bright, clean, new offices with lots of windows. Close to Hwy. 101 and Hwy. 580. Lot of free parking. We will gladly network with other court reporting firms.

Great spot for a small meeting. Helpful folks. A tad hard to find so be sure your guests know where to go. I will use again if holding a meeting in San Rafael.
