Mandatory Health Check Survey
- Every single person who walks into our office space is required to complete a health survey here
- During business hours, we complete a temperature check for every person who enters the space
Enhanced Cleaning Policies
- Common Areas are disinfected and wiped down every 2 hours
- Offices and Dedicated Desks are wiped down nightly (desks have to be cleared of paperwork and other items so the cleaning crew can effectively sanitize the desk)
- Clorox Wipes and hand sanitizers are available at over 8 sanitation stations throughout floor 1 and floor 3
- All conference rooms have hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes available either inside or right outside the doors
- Signage displayed all around the center reflect our requirements for
• masks to be worn at all times (except at your desk)
• keeping hands clean (hand washing frequently and using hand sanitizers)
• wiping down all touched areas and keeping space tidy
• capacity requirements in all common areas, conference rooms, and phone booths
following floor decals and flow of traffic arrows
Decreased occupancy
- Cafe - chairs have been removed and tables now have a maximum capacity, as noted by decals on tables and benches
- Dedicated Desks & Hot Desks - every other desk has been closed and chairs have been removed to ensure a 6 foot distance from each workstation. Barriers in the form of white boards have been placed in rows of Dedicated Desks where more than 1 person is occupied. Companies have been relocated to reduce density in each Desk Block.
