The overall space includes private conference room access, wifi, whiteboard wall, and nice view. Lunch and snacks are potentially available as well (to be factored into rate). The rate is $500/desk. The Park Place complex has Whole Foods, Starbucks, Peets, Habit Burger, Chipotle, Sushi. 10 minute walk (via lit walkway) from Hillsdale Cal-Train station. Education technology - social learning network. Young, fun, hard working. 80 people, roughly 35 engineers.
