By day, The Mezz is a co-working space for SVB @WeWork clients when an event is not being held. The middle section of The Mezz is equipped with five four-top Steel Case Tables and comfty chairs. They can be configured in whatever way you wish (everything is on rollers) - and you can even store them away if you desire. A large kitchen area is equipped with commercial sinks, refrigerators, microwave oven, and dishwasher. A Men's Bathroom and Woman's Bathroom is also fully accessible. The Mezz, is an option offered exclusively to our clients, partners, and members of SVB @ WeWork. Below are some considerations. A full set of terms and conditions are available from our Community Manager. • Staffing. Your event must provide adequate and professional staffing. A representative must be present at the front door of the building to monitor and check in guests especially for events happening after 6pm. A designated event manager from SVB will also be on site during all events. • Insurance. You are required to obtain “General Liability Insurance” in the amount of $1,000,000 for the day of your event. • Catering & Vendors. You may choose your own vendors, or we can provide you with a list of our preferred vendors. We require that your caterer is fully licensed and insured for the services they provide. Please note that we have limited kitchen facilities. • Trash & Recycling. We are committed to properly recycling all waste generated at WeWork Golden Gate. Please honor all policies. In some situations, a minimal cleaning fee may be incurred. • Behavior of guests. To provide a safe and enjoyable event for all, it is your responsibility to ensure that your guests obey a few common sense rules: No access to areas marked private or no access; No beverages to be taken out of the building during or after the event. • Security. Events occurring outside regular business hours 9-6pm will require additional security. *Read the full Terms and Conditions. Please ask the Community Managers for details and booking information. You may be required to complete the “Event Contract Agreement” although deposits, damage deposits, and rental fees may not apply to our members. If you are required to provide security for an after-hours event, we are happy to make arrangements to ensure the safety of guests arriving and departing from your event. Feet
