The room was as advertised, the smart board quite neat (though with a sufficiently steep learning curve that anyone planning to use it should arrive sufficiently early that they have the time to acquaint themselves with how to operate it), and the staff incredibly helpful. But the wifi was absolutely terrible, and for a modern facility with what is otherwise such an advanced feature set to have wifi insufficient to sustain a VOIP call, and then to charge extra for the use of a Polycom seems rather mean-spirited.
