Attractive, professional space. Great location! Kitchen with coffee, tea and water is a plus. Only downside was check-in instructions were incomplete.

The picture doesn't do the view justice. The location was perfect, the amenities were decent, and the assistance was fantastic! Be sure to bring any dongles you need to connect to the TV.

The room was good. WiFi connection was pretty decent too. However, the table was not stable and kept shaking. The lady at the front desk was really nice and very helpful. For $20 I understand shouldn’t be complaining, but, I used to go workspace cafe and though they are a bit pricier compared to Raven, they do an excellent job. All in all, am thankful for getting a room so quickly and our meeting going well. So thank you.

They have a bad attitude receptionist. I had to call Liquid Space and complain in order to get the office I booked and not whatever they want to give me, after third time having the same issue.

The space is pretty basic but met my needs. The receptionist was very helpful and nice.

Chairs are very hard and uncomfortable and too low for the table in the room. Surely it must be possible to get 2 chairs that are not diabolically uncomfortable.

Two Issues: 1) I paid $75/hour for 16 people room and the room in picture looked very diff. While I think we were given the conf room that is charged at $60. We should be paid $45 back for this. 2) Room did not have a white board.

Decent place when you need a place to sit and work for a bit in downtown SF. Beats a coffee shop...

We left the office 7 minutes after our finish time. We were told that the reservation would need to be extended which was fine. I thought the time would be pro-rated. Not only was the reservation extended by 15 minutes (in fact I got the extension notice 5 minutes before the supposed end of our reservation) which was inaccurate, but we ended up getting charged for another full hour. The space and the amenities are great, I would have appreciated more clear and accurate communication by personnel.

Both Bella at Reception and Alim the Manager were extremely helpful and accommodating. Make sure you ask very clear and detailed questions to avoid confusion that could affect your plans for the meeting. They don't want people hanging out in Reception and monitoring meetings so just get that cleared up at the onset and you'll be great.

Experience with Breather was seamless. Took seconds to get into my room and I never needed to allocate time to interact with a human. Liquidspace experience was the opposite. I got in the wrong elevator because the guy at the desk didn't specify that I needed to get in the one he marked for my intended floor. Got out at the top floor, assuming I could get down to any I needed. Was trapped for 10 minutes until some guy in one of the offices heard me yelling for help. He said it was a good thing I didn't try to use the stairs because I would have been trapped without a key card. He keyed me in to get back to the first floor, where I started the process over. When I got to the Raven offices, there was no one at the front desk and all the co-workers were annoyed with me asking where room 2 was. She finally came out and after 25 minutes of scrambling (including my 15 minute buffer), I barely made it to my 4PM meeting. I would never recommend Liquidspace to friends, family, or colleagues. It was highly stressful and overly complicated.

We definitely loved the space! The security team downstairs were so friendly and very helpful. However, the receptionist for the actual space was fairly rude. One of our directors stepped out into the hallway to answer a call and she actually hand gestured for him to be quite twice. There were moments during our presentation where our group simply laughed and we all caught her looking at us and shaking her head at us multiple times. When I went to ask her questions regarding the space she was very short in her responses and did not seem attentive at all. She definitely made us feel awkward and uncomfortable. Other than that, I would re-book this space simply for the fact that the space had everything we needed and a beautiful view...but have less contact with the receptionist.

Very smooth experience, I checked in with security in the lobby, went right upstairs and the receptionist had everything ready in the beautiful conference room. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks!

Exactly what I needed when I needed it. Easy to get into building and helpful receptionist. Just needed a basic quiet space. No frills needed.

With the price in mind, this space was incredible. Right near restrooms, and extremely kind and helpful staff. There is something a little noisy directly behind, but in light of the price, perfectly reasonable.

View was amazing but they are VERY strict that you only use the conference room space (of course restrooms are available). Receptionist was very helpful, but definitely a quiet and more professional environment.

The location of this office space was great. A few steps from the Embarcadero bart station. The conference room view was phenomenal. The room was smaller than what I thought from the picture. Otherwise, our meeting went well. The only downside was the credenza table for the catered food was too small and that there weren't too many wall outlets for phones and laptops to plug into. Will definitely book it again in the future. Bella, receptionist/admin, was extremely helpful to us.

Only 1-2 desks available for day-use and these are near the bathroom hallway. No wireless printing. Very helpful host/reception.

Pictures are great. Sometimes the wifi doesn't seem to work well in the phone booth rooms....

Internet was great. I booked it for kate afternoon and it was quiet. Easy access. I wish my desk had more privacy but I would use again.

Great location and facility. Just had one or two connection stability problems while using the WiFi but nothing that disrupted my meeting. Also, the hostess was gracious and helped me get set for my meeting.
One issue is that there are a number of other people having meetings in other rooms or walking past the office that can interfere with your meeting. Not sure why the room's sound insulation is poor but everything else was good and for my first experience with LiquidSpace, I was very satisfied with the value for my money.

The facilities are good. The huge downside and I mean huge is the receptionist. She was constantly annoyed that we were renting the room. A starting time of 9:00 means 9:00 not 8:59. She charged me a $150 to set up the room 15 minutes before starting time. This is not a huge problem - but she was also hugely annoyed.

Always a great meeting or just work experience at Raven. Good downtown location, fantastic views down Market street and of the Bay. Worked perfect for our Board meeting and the price is reasonable for all that is included. Bella is also a great host. Thanks.

Comfortable place. The only drawback is closeness to the restrooms (the door sound can be irritating after a while). I brought headphones so I didn't mind anyway.

It's ok, a little distracting to be near the restrooms...lots of walking traffic.

This one workspace is in a traffic corridor for the restrooms and still quieter than many comparably priced coworking spaces.

This workspace was great. So simple to use. My only complaint is that despite asking several times, I was not given instructions for checking in with security. I had planned to share those instructions with my guests. Fortunately, they figured it out.

Bella Ng (coordinator) is great! She helped me sort out some logistical details, she was proactive and responsive throughout the process and she made sure we had everything we needed. The meeting space was immaculate, the technology was easy to use and the building access was easy to navigate.

Great conference room. Lots of space. Would be nice if there was a white board, but otherwise perfect for what we needed.

Great space. Beautiful view. Nice people. Only downside is the very small whiteboard.

The video conferencing room is a great space and priced right. Helpful staff (thank you, Bella)! Will return for future meetings.

This was an excellent space for an advisory board meeting. Would definitely recommend to others.

The room and location was great, exactly what we needed. The one drawback was the internet connection. It worked fine for some of us, but for others it was temperamental all day. Due to that issue, we would be hesitant to return unless we learned that the internet was improved.

Bella was really great to work with! I would suggest putting trash bags in the trash cans and providing a side table near the door to set food on. Otherwise a great location!

Used this big conference room for a strategic presentation to a group of execs visiting from Japan. Worked great. Attentive service from the office manager. Stellar view of the bay. Great wifi.
