1350 Sq Ft of movable furniture and hi-tech meeting room space. Setup options include classroom style, roundtables, movable desks and chairs, theater seating and more! Whiteboards and a video projector are available upon request. Full catering available from our Fish & Farm restaurant. 1350 sq. ft, Dimensions (LxWxH) 45’x30’x9’ $2000.00 full day (8 hrs) $1200.00 half day (4 hrs) $650.00 weeknight (after 6pm, 4 hrs max, not staffed) $650.00 weekend (8 hr max, not staffed) $250.00 per hour *Note: Room includes a whiteboard and 47" TV with HDMI/VGA/Thunderbolt connections. Bottled water services can be included for all events at $10/per day (up to 35 bottles) but must be requested 24 hrs in advance. We provide free WiFi, whiteboards, and printed copies up to 25 pages, Additional Equipment is as follows: LCD Projector: $300 per event 6 foot Screen: $75 event Flip Chart Paper with Easel and Markers: $55 per day 42" TV on Movable Mount: $150.00 per day Bluetooth Speaker: $35 per day Wireless Microphone and Speakers: TBD per day (48 Hr Notice required to reserve), 3rd party vendor Additional Charge POLYCOM Conference Phone: $300/per event) (24 Hr Notice required to reserve) *Full catering services are provided through our preferred vendor,(NOTE: all catering and beverage services must be through our preferred vendor only)

The people I worked with at the hotel were completely disorganized and unresponsive. First they double booked the room so they called me to confirm the size of the group. When I told them the bigger room would be fine they said the room would be changed. Then I got a weird phone call from the ConnectionSF Manager wanting to talk to me since I was concerned about the space (which I wasn't). He confirmed that our room hadn't been switched and that everything would be set. The day of, I got to the room 20 minutes early and nothing was set up. I called to ask about timing and about the projector/equipment and the manager said he didn't know we needed one. He said he'd send someone right down. Half an hour later (now 10 minutes after our reservation), no one had come, and the catering wasn't set up. I called again. Another 10 minutes passed and finally someone else came down and took me our CORRECT room which had been set up all along. Bottom line, extremely disorganized but it was a last minute arrangement and I had no other options.
