Highlights We have 5 dedicated desks available in our open plan modern space in the Financial District. Space is ideal for a small team or individuals looking for a productive office vibe. You will be sharing an office with 6 of us at a Developer Relations Agency in the heart of the city, and have access to all our office amenities. We’re a group of friendly and hard-working co-workers looking for like-minded people that can benefit from our focused atmosphere. We’re not much interested in just filling the space, but in finding a mutually-beneficial situation and a good professional fit. Practical details Getting to the office: Our building is located at 950 Battery Street. It is a pretty quiet area located right near Coit Tower and Levis Plaza. There are plenty of charming restaurants and coffee shops right near our office. If you are taking public transit, Embarcadero Bart and Muni are less than a mile away. If you are driving, the 101 2nd street exit is a few blocks away. You can also bring your bike up to the space. You will have access to: Desk and chair Wi-Fi Printer/copier/scanner Snacks, coffee, filtered water Small fridge & microwave Shared access to our three private conference rooms Bathrooms Regular cleaning MOVE-IN REQUIREMENTS: We offer monthly desk rentals at $300 per month Security deposit equivalent to first months rent required
