Available for sublet on weekends and evenings during the week: Recently remodeled, private, and quiet workspace, perfect for a licensed professional to meet with clients. Space includes: • Private waiting area for clients • Full bath to allow clients to change between lessons / sessions • Meeting table for break out discussions • Wet bar to serve drinks (Water, Coffee, Tea, etc) • Utilities, cleaning, and internet are included • Open, sun drenched, and spacious floor plan can be used for personal training, etc. Weekday day use can be arranged for professionals who guarantee a minimum of one weekday per week with a one month commitment. Please contact with any questions or to arrange a viewing.
