Point Loma
Point Loma is the ultimate conference room suited for all your needs. Video-Conferencing technology ready, wall mounted TV available to connect with any computer via an HDMI hookup. Please note, there is an extra cost, to be paid separately, for use of our video conferencing software (Blue Jeans). The room sits up to 12 people comfortably. All reservation times must include set up and break down time. All amenities with fees will be charged on site. Please bring Visa/MasterCard or email us to have your card on file. A representative will always be on hand to help and answer any questions the day of your reservation. We value our spaces and we hope you do to. $10 dollars an hour for Video Conferencing. This will need to be charged before Video Conferencing software is made available. Please contact us directly to coordinate and provide a card for payment.
Coffee/Tea ($)
Please let us know how many in your party will be utilizing our coffee, beverage and snack bar. We charge 5 dollars per person and will need to have your credit card information on file.
Parking ($)
$10/hr, $30/max. Parking is paid at machine before exiting the garage. Emerald Plaza parking garage is located on Columbia street, between C Street and W. Broadway.

Please provide a Credit Card at the time of the request. All charges will be accumulated and charged to the reserving party unless otherwise specified.

The Sullivan Group of Court Reporters in San Diego offers the most beautiful, accessible and centrally located conference rooms in Downtown San Diego. Our conference rooms are just one block from the Hall of Justice and are located at the top floor of the Emerald Plaza Buildings. Our view of the harbor and the San Diego bay is spectacular, breath taking and really speaks for itself. Many firms and groups choose to use our Conference Rooms as their central hub and home base, allowing them to quickly walk to and from all San Diego Court Buildings. The Sullivan Group of Court Reporters offers a variety of amenities for you to choose from. We are fully stalked with drinks and snacks and can coordinate with your team to provide lunch from a variety of restaurants just minutes away from our building (Due to COVID-19 restrictions, please contact us prior to see if these amenities are available at your time of booking). We offer print and copy supplies for any last-minute, unforeseen needs. Our Point Loma Conference Room is the only room equipped with a large flat screen monitor that you can connect to. We do not provide a projector. We can provide a whiteboard. All of our services can be easily customized based on your specific needs. Please do not hesitate to ask. We simply need a credit card on file before your stay, for any amenity to be used. Our hours of operation are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. All reservations must include set up and break down time. We can accommodate different times upon request, but the pricing will differ from the full day price, which is limited to 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. By reserving our rooms, you are agreeing that going over or coming in earlier than your original time by 15 mins or more will be reported and charged accordingly. Hours before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm have an extra fee due to needing to pay staff overtime. For any questions please contact us prior to your reservation with us.
Seaport
Our Seaport room offers comfortable seating for 8-10 people. This room is perfect for a large group. Conference calling phone is available. There is no video conferencing TV monitor in this room, but it provides an abundance of space for your projector and is presentation ready. The room provides ample space that will ensure your comfort and provide a beautiful view of San Diego Harbor. Please note that we do not provide projectors nor white boards. Feel free to bring all of your very own presentation supplies. All reservation times must include set up and break down time. All amenities with fees will be charged on site. Coronado
Coronado sits up to 6 people. The Coronado room offers a comfortable area for smaller groups with the same beautiful view of the bay. Perfect for a small meeting, war room or even a single occupancy work space. The room provides ample space that will ensure your comfort and provide a beautiful view of San Diego Harbor.
