The space is an industrial office by day which can easily and seamlessly be transformed into the perfect space to host your next function. Looking to a host a small event in San Diego? Look no further! Our unique event space provides the perfect canvass for you to be able to host your next event in style. The space boasts high ceilings, lots of light and can really be transformed into any style of event space to fit your needs. There are two small kitchens, a bathroom and a shower, conference room and a very spacious communal area perfect for groups up to 75 people. Any outside food and beverage must be approved. Alcohol events have added fees. No Pets allowed. No more than 75 people are allowed at once. No access to offices on site, but conference room is accessible for meetings. No loitering or hanging out in front of the building. No decorations, balloons, signage allowed in front of building without approval. No glitter or confetti allowed at all - $100 added cleaning fee charged if any is found.
