The Trade is an idea whose time has come: The next generation of blending a café and technology into a Co-working office space. The Trade Coffee & Coworking is indeed, a café -- but instead of simply providing Internet access, The Trade offers patrons access to a complete array of business resources such as a flexible workspace for businesses, a co-working membership service with several levels, including two conference room facilities, private offices of various sizes, and two open office spaces up or down stairs, daily events, and classes. Counter Culture Coffee and Freeport Bakery has teamed up with The Trade as wholesale partners.
Large Office
Large office with CAT5 internet connection, accommodates 4 individuals. Includes 1 parking space (or $80 off membership if not needed), 4 Monthly Conference Room Credits ($100-$120 value), 24 hour access, printing, and wifi. As a member, you will receive FREE drip coffee, and 10% off all other coffee and pastry purchases.
Small Private Office
8 x 10 Private Office for monthly use. Individual Monthly Private Office perks include: 1 parking space (or $100 off if not needed), 4 conference room credits ($100-$120 value), business address, and access to a ​private office, printer/copier, and wifi. Lightly furnished, or unfurnished. As a member, Drip Coffee is provided daily for FREE, all other cafe purchases are 10% off.
Designated Desk
This Designated Desk Membership is located upstairs, and may come with a locker if one is available. Large open windows facing north, small kitchenette with high-speed​ internet. This membership also includes 2 hours of conference room usage ($50-$60 value), perks from our café and mail service! Printing and copying included.
Conference Room with Apple TV
Spend an hour or the entire day in our conference room, comfortably seats six. Included is a TV with HDMI hook ups or an Apple TV. Full white-board walls, and café service! High Speed internet, and printing services included up to 5 pages. Can't wait to host you.
Daily Drop-In
Work in our artistically designed coworking space. Individual Daily Drop-In perks include: access to open coworking areas, printer/copier (5 prints FREE, $0.20 B/W, $0.55 color), Wifi, growing library of resources and work with cool people. We serve Counter Culture Coffee to curb your caffeine addiction. COVID-19 Sanitization Routes are cleaned 3 times daily, and in between use. Sanitizer available in common spaces. Mask are required unless able you are to social distance (6ft while seated).
Working Conference Room
Our 16 x 12 conference room seats up to 6 people. It features a full express café offering espresso beverages and pastry goods. You may request additional seating, but this must be approved before hand. Whiteboards available in room.

Each available space is thouroughly cleaned and sanatized between each booking. The entire facility including restrooms are cleaned and sanatized twice daily.
