To our valued tenants and guests:
Your health and safety is our top priority. Therefore, as we follow the quickly developing environment around Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have implemented policies to help prevent the spread of the virus and limit the impact on our community. Thank you for following these guidelines!
In furtherance of the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC), we have implemented the following enhanced health and safety policies:
Masks:
Due to state mandate, masks are required at all times for all tenants and guests.
Cleaning:
Shared surfaces are cleaned weekly with disinfectant. Additional disinfectent is located in the conference room and in the kitchen, which you are encouraged to use.
Hygiene:
Please follow these important guidelines about hygiene:
Wash your hands frequently and properly. A guide can be found here: Clean Hands Protection Link
Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands; and use hand sanitizer regularly.
Wash your hands. (It’s a theme.)
Please dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues. (There’s that hand-washing again!)
Refrain from touching your nose or mouth. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards. (In case you forgot.)
Kitchen:
Please throw away your own trash in the provided receptacles.
Dishes are available. Please be sure to wash all dishes and utensils after you use them, so our staff does not have to touch them.
If You Are Sick:
For the safety of our coworkers and community, we ask tenants and guests who are displaying even mild symptoms--including, but not limited to fever, cough, and cold--to stay home (and see the doctor, if needed). PLEASE! Not only is this common courtesy, it will help you recover more quickly.
Please notify our staff if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space in the past 30 days.
If You Have Traveled:
For our tenants, employees, and guests. If you have recently traveled, you are asked to self-quarantine for 14 days, even if you show no symptoms, to monitor for any potential symptoms of illness. This may be extended to those who have traveled to other areas where COVID-19 is spreading.
Social distancing:
We strongly encourage tenants and guests to avoid congregating in our common spaces.
Closures:
If we are notified that any person that has used our space recently is diagnosed with COVID-19, the space will be taken out of service immediately for cleaning. If this happens, we appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
Thank you!:
Thank you for putting the health and safety of our tenants, employees,, guests, and local community first! We are closely following the recommendations by the WHO and CDC and will provide updates as needed. In the meantime, thank you for helping continue to keep our welcoming community healthy and safe!
