This large and comfortable workspace/studio loft, curated and designed by interior designer, run by art and design team, is perfect for offsite work, event hosting, workshops, and more. 1000 square foot space with 10' ceilings, exposed brick, hardwood floors and kitchen area. Long conference and dining table, personal work stations, flat screen monitor, multi-function printer, break area and comfy lounge area with large sofa and chairs. This space can hold up to 30, but would be an ideal office for about 10 to 15 people. 2 free all day designated parking spots plus additional guest parking and unlimited street parking on either side of the building. The interior has been very carefully designed and curated, achieving a modern rustic aesthetic that is both professional and comfortable. The bright and light-toned palette blends well with the intentionally exposed industrial elements of the historic building, and builds an atmosphere of clarity and creativity that will prove invaluable to your workflow.
