1301 Dove is a ten-story, Class A multi-tenant office building on 6.456 acres and contains 213,523 rentable square feet of area located in prestigious Newport Beach, California. Elevators The building is served by four passenger elevators, including one elevator serving a dual purpose of passenger/freight. Each elevator utilizes a geared traction system, providing an inside clearance of 6’7” width, 5’3” depth, and 9’ high with a door width of 39” and a 9’ height. Access is granted to the elevators by a proximity card reader, and the freight elevator is accessed within the main building lobby. Loading zone parking spaces at the back entry of the building accommodate this access point.
