We have a full-service complimentary coffee station with Keurig machine and coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cider options. Complimentary with booking (small fee for groups over 10)
Filtered Water
We have a large filtered water station in the lobby as well as a coffee station. Please use our mugs or bring your own reusable vessel.
Kitchen/Break room area is equipped with sink and water filter, 1 large microwave, and fridge for temporary storage. It is bookable by other guests and may be unavailable from time to time.
We have nearly endless parking, 5 spots directly in front of the front entrance and a row off 100+ spots along the back fence.
Pet Friendly
We are pet friendly but messes and excessive wear and tear will be charged accordingly.

StageOne Creative Spaces is a co-working creative space with all the standard amenities you'd expect from quality co-working space as well as photo, video, & event capabilities, built in to simplify marketing and content creation. As a co-working studio, the Exchange curates professional office space and well-appointed creative space, providing members with access to affordable, high-quality tools and resources. As a theater and event space, the Exchange provides a one-stop-shop for content creation, marketing, and brand promotion.
3 person private office
Private office memberships come with 24/7 keyed access to office and all common areas, discounts on equipment, conference room, and stage rental. Office has space for 2-3 desks and chairs. Currently lightly furnished with 2 desks and chairs and a medium sized whiteboard.
Drop-in Desk
Drop-in desk memberships come with business hours access to drop-in areas and common areas, discounts on equipment, conference room, and stage rental.
Conference Room A
Medium sized conference room with large conference table with dedicated ethernet & power, WiFi, 65" 4k TV with HDMI & Chromecast, 1 Large dry-erase board with pens.
Conference Room B
Small conference room contains (1) 50" 4k TV with Chromecast and HDMI, conference table and seating for 6, (2) large whiteboards with pens and eraser.
Presentation Gallery
Our studio floor is perfect for corporate interviews, product demos, testimonials, screenings, small gatherings, networking events, music performances, and more. The space is roughly 1100 square feet and contains a 20ft cyclorama perfect for projecting large images, presentations, and videos. The cyclorama comes equipped with a lighting grid with a full stage wash and presenter spotlights. Lights, cameras, lenses, and grip can be rented on-site from our full service rental house. Additional equipment, crew, and resources are available on-site; please ask for assistance if you would like to add AV, Camera Operators, Sound Mixers, Editors, Grips, MUAs and other crew.

Large Meeting Rm w/ projector

In response to the COVID-19 crisis, we have implemented new safety protocols. Please read these guidelines and adhere to them as best as possible while using our spaces. We appreciate your help in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.


Social Distancing and Spacing

Maintain social distancing as much as possible - please keep a six foot minimum between yourself and others as practical for the work being performed.


We have reduced seating capacity of all shared spaces, meeting rooms and common areas to allow for proper distancing.

We are encouraging one-way traffic paths with large productions.

Additional private offices and private workspace options are available to provide increased isolation.


We are requiring a 60 minute minimum buffer between all bookings for sanitization until further notice.


Safety and Hygiene in Shared Areas

Masks are required as detailed by County Mandate.

Be aware of high-traffic touchpoints like door handles and table surfaces.


Please obey all posted signage throughout the workspaces regarding effective hygiene, handwashing and social distancing.

Hand sanitizer, gloves, & disinfecting wipes are available in multiple stations at every location, please use at will.


We are now maintaining cleaning logs, please ask if you would like a copy of the latest activity.


Cleaning and Sanitation

We have doubled the frequency of our cleaning service and increased the scope of work to be more thorough.


We have recently replaced the HVAC filters and have increased replacement frequency.


We are cleaning / disinfecting shared meeting and work spaces after each use.


When in use, we are implementing frequent cleaning / disinfection of all shared surfaces throughout all work areas.


Please sanitize common surfaces and shared equipment prior and after your own use.


Wash your hands frequently and properly with warm water and soap.


Wear face masks and/or gloves when and where recommended or required.


Avoid touching items such as handles, buttons, fixtures, hand-rails, doors, elevators etc. 


Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing and use hand sanitizer regularly.


Please dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues.


Refrain from touching your eyes, nose or mouth.


Sanitize your personal work surfaces before and after each workday.


Sanitize your personal equipment such as laptops, keyboards, mouse / mouse pad, screens, phones etc.


Minimize bringing items that cannot be easily sanitized to the workplace, take out what you bring in – daily.


Food and Beverage

All snacks are provided in individual packages.


Please wash reusable dishware and utensils thoroughly after each use.


Limit use of microwaves, refrigerators, kitchen sinks, and common areas.


Please discard all waste in receptacles.


Observe seating limitations in all common areas.


Mail and Deliveries

Allow for safe spacing and dedicated areas when receiving mail, shipping or other deliveries.


Use proper sanitation protocols for all mail and packages prior to handling or distributing.


Always use gloves and masks while handling mail or packages.

All mail and packages will be placed on the front counter or left inside your respective offices.


Use electronic documents / communication methods instead of print and paper whenever possible.


Feeling Good or Feeling Sick Today?

Monitor your vitals every day before work and make sure you have no symptoms - Let’s be smart!


If you are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold - PLEASE stay home.


Notify staff immediately if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used workspace within the past 30 days.


Been Traveling?

If you recently traveled to high-risk areas (areas as updated by the CDC), please self-quarantine for 14 days, even if you show no symptoms. Keep monitoring yourself for any symptoms of illness.

If you are showing any symptoms of illness, we ask you to check with your healthcare provider.


Please do not plan to return to our workspaces until you have been cleared and are no longer sick.


What if it happens anyway?

If a person that used the workspace recently has been diagnosed with COVID-19, please make sure to notify staff (and clients) immediately while enabling additional cleaning protocols and/or temporary closures to ensure clean and safe work environments.
