Cleaning, Health and Hygiene

We are following the CDC recommendations including enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols, with increased frequency and scope, for our building common areas with a focus on high touch surfaces. All building personnel will wear masks. Our building employees are following best practices with respect to wearing masks in accordance with CDC guidance and local ordinances. In addition, the following steps continue in effect:
-Hand sanitizing stations are in place at every entrance and in the ground floor elevator lobby.
-Enhanced cleaning and disinfection practices by our janitorial team with additional wipe downs of high touch surfaces in the building utilizing EPA-registered disinfectants which meet criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2.
-Optimizing air distribution by setting our HVAC systems to the recommended settings outlined within the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Position Document on Infectious Aerosols, which includes disabling demand-controlled ventilation, utilizing outdoor air dampers, running systems for longer hours, and installing ASHRAE recommended air filters.
-Tenants are required to follow local regulations for cleaning requirements. The night janitorial crew will continue to perform enhanced cleaning of tenant spaces. If a tenant wants additional cleaning services, they can be provided upon request at an additional cost. Please contact the building management team to coordinate enhanced scope cleaning of tenant spaces as applicable.
-Janitorial staff is required to wear PPE for their own safety and the safety of tenants.

Access and Security
-Staff will be available in the lobby to facilitate social distancing and answer questions.
-Direction signage is in place to minimize congestion and promote social distancing requirements in building common areas.

If at any time, access to any vehicle is needed, the valet tickets will be marked “sanitized” informing each vehicle owner that the keys have been used but sanitized.

Package and Deliveries

-All Deliveries will be permitted as long as the Couriers/Vendors/Delivery personnel have the proper protective gear (e.g. mask and gloves) upon entering the building. It is up to each tenant to advise of these protocols when scheduling a delivery. The “overflow” room off of the Alley will remain in place until all tenants return to the office. If you anticipate that an employee will be onsite daily please inform our office and management will no longer accept packages in the “overflow” room for your company. The courier will be advised to deliver them to your suite directly.
-The US Mail and any other delivery services will continue to make their deliveries in the mailroom to be retrieved by each tenant. Any delivery people arriving at the building without the proper PPE will not be permitted in the building.
-Fed Ex and UPS staff are encouraged to use the freight elevator when available.
