SUPPLEMENTAL COVID-19 RULES AND REGULATIONS
Each tenant should develop a comprehensive COVID-19 exposure control, mitigation, and recovery plan. The plan should include policies regarding the following control measures: PPE utilization; on-site social distancing; hygiene; sanitation; symptom monitoring; incident reporting; site decontamination procedures; COVID-19 safety training; and exposure response procedures. A copy of the plan should be delivered to Landlord, provided to all employees and kept in hard copy and available for viewing by employees and visitors in a conspicuous location such as on the reception desk or conference tables or in visitor waiting areas in the premises.
All tenants, and their employees, agents, vendors, contractors, guests and invitees (collectively, the “Tenant Parties”) are required to comply with all city, county, state and federal requirements for workplace operations and safety.
Each tenant and its Tenant Parties is required to comply with the State of California’s COVID-19 worksite specific safety practices applicable to such tenant’s business and employees in such tenant’s premises, and in the Building common areas to the extent applicable, as set forth at https://covid19.ca.gov/industry-guidance/ (the “California COVID-19 Guidance Site”), including without limitation the following as applicable, as they may be amended and/or supplemented from time to time:

Each tenant and its Tenant Parties shall strictly comply with all guidelines, memoranda and other directives issued by Landlord or its property manager from time to time related to COVID-19 or other pandemics or similar crises.
A daily attendance log of all Tenant Parties entering each tenant’s premises should be kept and retained for at least four weeks. The log should include the name, phone number, and email address of all Tenant Parties entering the premises.
The following practices and procedures must be adhered to by all tenants and Tenant Parties:
Tenants and Tenant Parties shall screen their employees for symptoms of COVID-19 on a daily basis, and any employee exhibiting any such symptoms shall not be permitted to enter the building, or if in the building when symptoms are presented, shall be directed to leave the building immediately. In no event shall any screening by Tenants or Tenant Parties occur within the Building common areas.
All posted signage and directional requirements concerning ingress and egress to and from the Building, common area and elevator usage shall be strictly complied with.
Social distancing of at least 6 feet of separation must be maintained by every person in the common areas at all times.
Gatherings of any size in the common areas are prohibited.
All persons shall wear a mask or face covering over his or her mouth and nose at all times while in the building’s common areas (including lobbies, elevators, garages, restrooms, etc.)
