Cleaning, Health and Hygiene

We are following the CDC recommendations including enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols, with increased frequency and scope, for our building common areas with a focus on high touch surfaces. All building personnel will wear masks. Our building employees are following best practices with respect to wearing masks in accordance with CDC guidance and local ordinances. In addition, the following steps continue in effect:
-Increasing availability of sanitizers by installing sanitizing stations with hand sanitizer at local frequent touchpoints.
-Enhanced cleaning and disinfection practices by our janitorial team with additional wipe downs of high touch surfaces in the building utilizing EPA-registered disinfectants which meet criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2.
-Optimizing air distribution by setting our HVAC systems to the recommended settings outlined within the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Position Document on Infectious Aerosols, which includes disabling demand-controlled ventilation, opening outdoor air dampers to 100% as indoor and outdoor conditions permit, running the building air exhaust systems 24/7 to increase air exchanges, and installing ASHRAE recommended air filters (e.g. Merv-13
filters).
-Tenants are required to follow local regulations for cleaning requirements. Please contact the building management team to coordinate enhanced scope cleaning of tenant spaces as applicable. Cost for such cleaning will be an additional charge.
-Janitorial staff is required to wear PPE for their own safety and the safety of tenants.

Access and Security

-Staff will be available in the lobby to facilitate social distancing and answer questions.
-Direction signage will be provided to minimize congestion and promote social distancing requirements in building common areas.
Building Amenities
-The opening of tenant amenities will be gradual with social distancing signage and procedures.
-Parking will be requiring all tenants and visitors to deposit their car key only with the parking manager or security for car wash (applicable only to tenants that park in the above garage structure/lot and when the vehicle cannot be driven to the car wash area on B-1 by the owner) and/or if the vehicle is parked
in the visitor tandem lot. Each driver will be provided with clear disposable bags in which to place their key before being tagged by either the parking manager or security. If at any time access to any vehicle is needed, the valet ticket will be marked “sanitized” informing each vehicle owner that the key has been used but wiped down with sanitizing wipes thereafter.

Package and Deliveries

-All Deliveries will be allowed to occur as long as the Couriers/Vendors/Delivery personnel have the proper protective gear (i.e. mask) upon entering the building. It is up to each tenant to advise of these protocols when scheduling a delivery. The US Mail and any other delivery services will continue to make
their deliveries in the mailroom to be retrieved by each tenant daily. Any deliveries arriving at the building without the proper PPE will be declined entry.
-Fed Ex and UPS staff are encouraged to use freight elevators when available.
-Food delivery professionals will be asked to wait in the main lobby to be met by each tenant.

In addition to the steps and measures being performed by building staff and vendors listed above, the following
measures apply to tenants and vendors working for tenants:
-All vendors working for tenants must wear a mask or face covering while in the building and follow the Directives to Contractors and Vendors.
-If your company maintains HVAC equipment within your premises, please coordinate with your HVAC vendor to confirm operation and maintenance, and consider changing/upgrading filters.
