Executive Conference Rooms of Long Beach offers the most modern and accessible Conference Rooms in the Douglas Park commercial area of Long Beach. The Terminal (building name) at Douglas Park is a creative office environment, built to current CALGreen building codes, and is located within the Douglas Park master planned community located minutes off the Lakewood Boulevard – 405 Freeway exit. The area is amenity rich. The building is located less than one mile from the Long Beach airport, adjacent to the Hampton Inn and Courtyard by Marriott, and walking distance to Starbucks coffee, lots of food options to order in from. Many firms and groups consider our Conference Rooms to be the best neutral and centrally located spaces for all of their needs between the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.
Executive Conference Rooms offers a variety of amenities for you to choose from. We offer print and copy supplies for any last-minute, unforeseen needs. We simply need a credit card on file before your stay, for any amenity to be used.
We do provide filtered water but we do not have beverage or snack bar services. We welcome groups to order in or walk to conveniently located restaurants. There is a Starbucks just 1 block away, as well as The Habit Burger Grill, Jersey Mike's Subs, The Flame Broiler and California Fish Grill. Please make sure the restaurant provides you with all the utensils, plates and supplies necessary to cater your group.
Both our Ocean and Pine Conference Rooms are equipped with a large flat screen monitor that you can connect to. We do not provide a projector or white-boards. All our services can be easily customized based on your specific needs. Please do not hesitate to ask.
Our hours of operation are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. All reservations must include set up and break down time. We can accommodate different times upon request, but the pricing will differ from the full day price, which is limited to 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. By reserving our rooms, you are agreeing that going over or coming in earlier than your original time by 15 mins or more will be reported and charged accordingly. Hours before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm have an extra fee due to needing to pay staff overtime. For any questions please contact us prior to your reservation with us.

The meeting room was bright and airy. The venue was modern and spacious. Will definitely book again. UPDATE: We re-booked this room for our monthly meeting. The reservation was cancelled the day before due to a miscommunication about the room's availability. We will try again next month.
