Our modern conference room features a 55" castable HD Monitor, modular conference tables, a PC, an iMac, and a glass whiteboard for your use. We can add additional tables and seats as necessary and we also have a full sized Kitchen adjacent in case you wish to serve lunch or refreshments!

This was the perfect space for our team to work on our 2018 goals. We used the TV, the white boards, the kitchen.... it was perfect. There were 7 of us but if there'd been more of us it may have been a tad bit cramped. Owner was there to greet us and show us everything, but we didn't need trouble shooting, everything is all set up already. Looking forward to going back.

Nice simple space that worked out perfectly for us when assembling our team on a short notice for a conference call with another party we were negotiating with. The room isn’t quite sound proof from the common areas outside, not a problem for us but could be possibly for others. Plenty of parking and access to public transit. Bathroom was on the second floor where the guest rooms are. Nice kitchen area though we didn’t need it for our purposes.

We did a photoshoot and work meeting. It was perfect for our needs though we definitely also used the hallway/kitchen a bit too. The table/chairs are small, so I think a meeting for 6-8 would be snug. The location is great, we walked a few blocks to a coffee shop + dinner. We had free parking in the lot and there was plenty of easy 2 hour street parking as well. It's in the heart of the arts district, so we found a ton of graffiti walls for our photoshoot. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. I would return.
