Conference room space available for meetings, casting calls, depositions, conference calls and office related functions. Space includes a window view, wooden conference room table, 6 high-back leather chairs, a television with cable, DVD player, whiteboard and a dedicated restroom.
Access to kitchen area with amenities subject to availability on day of booking. Video taping for casting calls and depositions with a basic camera setup is allowed. This listing is not available for video production or filming, please view our production listing for this option.

CML Studios is located in Glendale, California adjacent to trendy Atwater Village. We strive to offer a clean, ample facility for mobile business professionals. The studio conference room is ideal for any person who likes to be in a quiet, yet creative environment where steps away there might be a film shoot, industrial video, music video, in the adjacent greenscreen/whitescreen cyc studio. We have WiFi, a small communal kitchen area, and several bathrooms. Street parking is available. While the conference room can be used for audio/video depositions, casting videos, and recording meetings, we do not allow it to be used as a 'set' for any commercial use, unless the client also rents the production studio at our current or negotiated rates.
