Filthy, dated and run-down. We had to clean the table and area when we arrived. There was also a sign on the front desk about a transient who had been sleeping in the space we were renting and to call 911 if we saw him. WHAT?! Information given for internet access was incorrect. While they were flexible with the time we used the space, the negatives far outweighed this.

The room I booked was not set up; it lacked furniture and had I not gone to the location the day before I would not have known this until minutes before my appointment. I was put into a larger conference and had to search for a copy machine that was promised in the reservation. I located the copy machine in a dark cluttered second office space and was told by the host that I could use her machine but that it was not intended for use as part of the reservation. I had to clean up to lobby somewhat before the arrival of my client as well.
It was decent. No overhead projector. Directions were for the wrong room. The "Real Room" was located in the next building, so attendees would not find us on time due to address being incorrect. Parking was easy and free. Wi-Fi was hit or miss. Overall we were bummed. Of course we made it work! Not returning.

Close to freeway, easy parking, clean, quiet meeting room. Very helpful and responsive site manager.
