The Sequoia Foundation works with public agencies in the United States and abroad to protect human health and the environment, providing specialists for short- and medium-term projects in public health research, education, policy development, and community engagement. Since our inception in 1983, the Sequoia Foundation has conducted a broad array of environmental epidemiology and public health research projects from Superfund Sites to climate change research. We specialize in working with underserved and indigenous populations to ensure that all people are able to participate in decisions to protect their health and environment.

Shared workspace located in a main room approximately 410 square feet in size. Your 8’ x 7’ cubicle includes a desk, locking file cabinet, and office chair. Located in a converted Victorian near Berkeley’s 4th Street shopping area, there is easy access to shopping, restaurants, public transportation, and nearby USPS, UPS, and FedEx drop boxes. One parking space is shared with all office members on a first come basis, otherwise metered and non-metered street parking is available.
Rent includes:
- Shared conference room (11.5’ x 11.5’ with a table that seats 6)
- Shared kitchenette (with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker)
- Utilities, including internet and facilities supplies (phone not included)
- Cleaning service in common areas every two weeks.
