Training Center #278
Welcome to Paradise Palms Plaza’s Training Center in Suite 278 located upstairs on the far east end of the building. This space is rented by 1/2 or full-day increments. When arriving you will be using the east staircase and walking through the east security gate. (see the site plan and suite index for details) The east security gate will be opened 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time and will close 30 minutes after the end of your session. We ask that there is no reentry for your participants, guest, and staff after the 30-minute time frame at the end of your session. (this is loosely enforced, and sometime exceptions will need to be made) On the first day of the rental when your staff member arrives, they will be given (2) keys that will open the front door of the Training Center and the 2 interior office doors. On the final day of your session you will need to hand them back to us. If the keys are lost or stolen will ask for you to pay a $75.00 re-keying charge. Once inside the suite there are (2) small locking interior offices for your use. Also, within your suite is a ½ bathroom with commode and wash sink. We will provide you with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and air freshener. There is a small coffee bar with a Kuerig single shot coffee machine, a microwave, refrigerator, hand sink, and paper towels. You are welcome to use any supplies within the coffee bar area. On a nightly bases our janitorial staff will vacuum the floors and change out the trash can liners. You are expected to replace the furniture to its original location and keep the place tidy, ensure that your trash and debris is placed into the trash cans, and any food is deposed of at the end of your rental. While upstairs restriction of movement of your guest will be limited to Training Center in Suite 225 and the immediate hallway and east gate (see site plan and suite index on LiquidSpace app). However, you are welcome to explore and shop amongst the downstairs retailers. Directly below the is a Central American bodega carrying a wide selection of drinks, snacks, and food items. We want you to have a positive experience at the plaza so your time there is productive and profitable. Please make sure that your guest, members, and staff respect the building, the other tenants, and shoppers that are sharing the building with you.
