Genetor Elverket

In the heart of Helsingborg, at Sundstorget, stands the old electricity plant. With its red sandstone facade and large arched windows, this historic building has been given new life. Here at Genetor Coworking we have created an office hotel which, like the old power plant, is designed to fill the premises with energy. You choose whether you want to sit at a fixed desk location, in your own room or if you want to sit at one of our open office locations. You can easily choose between a monthly invoice or a clip card, depending on whether you work with us often or if you are on site less often. No matter what you choose, we have no commitment period. You choose and we adapt. We also have five unique and fully equipped conference rooms for efficient, creative and uncomplicated meetings. We help you with everything you need during the day and arrange breakfast, lunch and coffee if you wish to have it served in the meantime. We are in a fantastic building, unlike anything else you have seen and our house is best experienced on site. Get in touch if it sounds interesting and book a viewing and we'll offer local and good coffee from Zoegas, of course.
