Sage | 767 3rd Avenue
Owned by the William Kaufman Organization, 767 Third Avenue is one of Manhattan’s most distinctive buildings. The 40-story sinuous tower is constructed from a unique mix of oak and brick. The building has a total of 296,000 square feet of office space. In keeping with the rich tradition instituted by Kaufmans, 767 Third Avenue boasts many one-of-a-kind elements and public amenities, including an open plaza area with wooden benches and tables, a 1929 Ford truck and a three-story-high chess board hailed as the world’s largest. Designed by award-winning architecture firm FXFowle, with the plaza and lobby by Pamela Waters, 767 Third Avenue is a technologically modern building. Recent capital improvements provided for stripping and refinishing of the oak façade and tables and benches in the plaza area. Wi-Fi capabilities were also added to the lobby and plaza.Share this Portfolio
