The Willem Barentsz room is the modern experiment in the penthouse of a monumental building. It is slightly bigger than the other meeting rooms and has a separate sitting area. The room has a capacity for 15 people in a boardroom setting. Everything you need will be facilitated by our host, the only thing you have to do is focusing on your meeting! Extras: - Water - Coffee - Lunch - Flipchart - Pens and paper - Projector + screen - Whiteboard - TV screen - Host(ess) ***Prices may differ if your event requires a different format other than boardroom setting or if your event is in the evening/weekend. In this old German Bank building, in the heart of Amsterdam, everything is luxurious. Walk on the marble floors, touch the golden walls, and stare at the shiny chandeliers. At StartDock, worklife is better. We have created an optimal ecosystem for you and your company, based on five core values: collaboration, community, openness, coziness and accessibility. We want companies to naturally grow fast, and stimulate this growth. You alone can do it, but you can’t do it alone. What makes us unique is our tightly knit community. It empowers you in your daily endeavors and long-term ambitions. Furthermore, when we work, we work. You can’t strive to be the best and don’t put the hours in. So that is what we do, and aid you in doing. Lastly, our coworking space is located on one of the most famous canals in the heart of Europe’s start-up capital: Amsterdam. We want StartDock to feel like your second home! What we believe coworking is about, is to put collaboration over competition, community lunch, have standard Friday afternoondrinks with the community, visit each other’s birthdays and living as a warm community of like-minded entrepreneurial people that help each other grow. We ask that you wear a face mask when you move around the property and ask your guests to do the same.

 

There is a maximum of 4 people for external bookings in our meeting rooms.

 

We ask everyone to have lunch in their own office as much as possible, to prevent group formation in the common areas. Where possible, get coffee / tea alone for your team when you use the kitchens.

 

You can expect the StartDock team to comply with these rules.
 

The standard is working from home as much as possible, so we advise everyone to follow the advice of the RIVM. The StartDock team will be present at the locations with minimal staffing.

 

We will not be organizing offline events in the coming weeks.

 

Disinfect your hands upon arrival, and/or grab a disinfectant spray & dish-cloth to rinse your workspot

 

Use your keytag upon entry. This way, StartDock always has insight into who has been present on location and when.

 

External guests must register via the QR code and follow the hygiene protocols.
