Paharpur Business Centre in times of COVID19

 

PBC has been declared as Healthiest Office space building by Central Pollution Control Board, Government of India. This is because of the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) which is completely free from pollutants like PM 2.5, PM 1, PM 10, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), SO2, NO2 etc.

 

PBC is one of the safest office spaces available in Delhi today for the following reasons:

Air pollution is a significant risk factor for COVID. It can thus be argued that being at PBC where our indoor air quality is free from the pollution reduces your chances of being adversely affected by COVID

You will note that we have HEPA filters and UV light in all our Air Handling Units which eliminates the virus from the air going through the Air Handling Units.

The average area per person at PBC is on an average of 75 sq ft which is much higher than the amount of personal space being provided by others (starting from 45 sq ft per person).

In addition to this we are implementing a strict protocol considering COVID-2019. Some of the prominent changes that we are implementing are as follows:

All members, guests/visitors and employees will undergo a body temperature check on entry to our premises, using non-touch digital thermometers. Only those with normal body temperatures will be permitted entry into the building.

Making use of masks mandatory for all the client members, visitors and employees.

Continuous sanitization with appropriate disinfectants, of all common areas including glass / plastic / metal surfaces, furniture, table tops, counters, elevator buttons, door knobs, etc.
