Our property is located in the heart of Madrid, in the business district of Argüelles, a few meters from Plaza de España and the wonderful Temple of Debod, and a 5-minute walk from the Royal Palace and Gran Vía. You will be surprised to be in such a central yet quiet location. This sophisticated design building has 56 rooms equipped with a kitchen (kitchenette) and everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. It also offers facilities and rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility. It has two small meeting rooms (“Viena” and “Capellanes”), which can be used independently or as a single space. The Viena room, measuring 34 m2, is open-plan and has natural light. The 27 m2 Capellanes room is open-plan and has artificial light. The union of both rooms results in a diaphanous 61 m2 room with natural light.
