In the buzzing heart of St-Roch district in Quebec City. Nearby: a cool bunch of restaurants and coffees we love more and more each day. It’s a 3 000 square feet and offers about 30 places. The place is filled with entrepreneurs, startups, interesting and creative people. People are invited to try it for a week for free. Otherwise, it’s 200 $ part time (3 days per week) and 300 $ full time (with dedicated desk). We offer a 24/7 secure access with an access card. We are open to discuss pricing with businesses who’d like to make BNKR their HQ. The price depends of the number of employees, availability, duration, etc. At the beginning, the co-founders of Spektrum, Georges and Vincent, decided to buy a building to have our offices downtown and to offer a space for the startups we were coaching. Spektrum developed lots of great initiatives like a Startup Program, where participants have an office at BNKR. The goal was to bring together motivated entrepreneurs and create a great vibe, and it worked!
