iQ Coworking spaces are housed in the stylish and contemporary iQ lounge spaces. Our work environments include features such as exposed brick, concrete, and fieldstone walls, smooth concrete and wood floors, reclaimed wood furniture elements and a mix of high top stool seating and casual, reconfigurable lounge seating. The following features are included for each coworking space member: Monthly members get all the features in our iQ Mail virtual office plan included Access to the building between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Unlimited coffee, tea, and snacks High speed and secure Wifi internet connectivity Enterprise grade printer/copier/scanner/fax available when you need it Closed circuit security cameras to help keep your belongings safe Engineered white noise system throughout the space to minimize sound transfer High definition video conferencing, available on demand ($119 per hour including 8 person boardroom rental) In addition to the space and technology benefits outlined above, each coworking space membership comes complete with nightly janitorial services and includes all utilities, eliminating any surprise expenses. In addition, members have access to a variety of meeting spaces, available on demand.
