Dedicated desks are available under our Fractional Office Membership. Members can select from at least two 4-hour time slots per week (8:30am-12:30pm, 12:45pm-4:45pm, 5pm-9pm), including weekends and after hours, to have usage of a private office with their own in-office, locked filing cabinet. Enjoy your own private space to get work done and meet clients in your modernly furnished, turnkey private office. Enjoy your own turn-key, customizable, 24/7 private office. Private offices include hours in our fully-equipped, smart meeting & conference rooms. All private offices are equipped with ergonomic furniture, a private phone line, corporate signage outside the office, mail & courier handling, access to our shared receptionist, unlimited, high-speed wifi, bottomless coffee, tea, filtered water & access our shared kitchenette as well as our business center. Prices vary depending on square footage and with or without window views.
Event Space (In-Person & Virtual Events)
Rent our event space for in-person & virtual events, or for a socially-distanced mix of both, using our 360 degree camera and microphone Meeting Owl Pro. Attendees will be able to attend no matter where they are. Other included amenities are free parking for all guests, elevator and stairs entrance, unlimited coffee, tea & filtered water, whiteboard walls, SMART TV monitor for presentations, ergonomic furniture set up in any preferred style, external catering options with access to our in-house kitchenette, use of our business center, including a commercial printer/fax/scanner/copier, Cricut machine, label printer. Administrative support services are available as well.
Meeting Room
Rent our meeting room for in-person or virtual meetings with our 360 degree camera & microphone - Logitech Meetup. Guests can take advantage of our amenities, including staffed reception with a waiting area, unlimited coffee, tea & filtered water, free parking, use of our business center, including a commercial printer/copier/fax/scanner, shredding facilities, Cricut high-precision cutting machine & label printer, with administrative support services available. The meeting room is equipped with writable/erasable whiteboard walls, a Smart TV & ergonomic furniture. External catering is available, as well as after-hours bookings.
