The open office at OneSpace Frances has just 3 dedicated/permanent desks. The office is on the 2nd floor, and has large north facing windows with a view of the North Shore Mountains. The OneSpace view is welcoming, calm, and inclusive, and this is carried through to our permanent desk space. The 2nd floor has original hardwood floors and furnishings that don't feel traditionally corporate. Each space comes with a desk, chair, and locking cabinet. When you rent a space at OneSpace Frances, you receive a free membership to OneSpace Odlum (just an 8 minute walk away) and booking credits to access OneSpace Odlum amenities, which include a rooftop lounge and gym, patios, quiet room, and meeting room. OneSpace Odlum also has hot desks and childcare.

OneSpace is a work and well being space in East Vancouver. From coworking to childminding and everything in between, OneSpace is here to help entrepreneurs and parents find balance and pursue their passions. This May, OneSpace is launching our second location at 1486 Frances Street to provide quality, affordable, flexible work spaces to help small businesses grow. This new location builds on our current coworking offerings of hourly hot desk and work space rentals to include month-to-month leases of offices, permanent desks, and a treatment room for practitioners. OneSpace Frances has everything OneSpace Odlum is known for: sunlight, a welcoming vibe, and all the get-work-done amenities. All the offices have large windows with full views of the North Shore Mountains. It is located across the street from Earnest Icecream, and a short walk from Coho Commissary and Bomber Brewing.

What we’re doing to keep OneSpace clean and safe:

The workspace has been thoughtfully designed; individual desks that spaced apart according to social distancing guidelines and with partitions

Max capacity:

Flex space: 12

Childminding Atelier: 6 (including Child Supervisor)

Rooftop gym: 4

Conference room: 2

Quiet room: 1

All OneSpace staff and clients are required to wear masks at all times (including while sitting at your desk) with exception to:

Children

Solo workout in the rooftop gym

Eating or drinking

Using the quiet room or conference room (if using solo)

All OneSpace staff and clients required to practice social distancing whenever possible

Hand sanitizer stations located throughout the facility

Social distancing floor indicators in the lobby area for check in

Thorough clean at end of day and weekly deep clean

Disinfecting of all high tough point areas frequently and in between member usage
