The room, though lovely, was not prepped for the meeting. We weren't able to get the projector/AV equipment working because cables weren't provided and though they said they'd send someone, a tech person didn't end up coming. There was still a tray from a previous meeting with used coffee cups, etc. in the room. There was no tea/coffee provided and one of the employees insisted that it would be $75/gallon but ended up bringing in some 'regular coffee' for us at no cost when I went to show her the booking information. It was nice of her, but the meeting started out rather hectic given the lack of preparedness and accessibility to staff given that it was a Sunday. The room itself is beautiful though did not seat 13. There were enough seats for up to 10, which worked out for our purposes since we only had 10 attendees but could have been very awkward had a few people decided to come last minute. The room had a great vibe and was overall a pleasant, well-designed place to hold a meeting. Perhaps a meeting on a weekday would have allowed to work out any problems with the room setup.
