Small business that needs to downsize - most personnel work remotely and we no longer need all the space we have. Our office is located in downtown McLean, inside the Beltway, and with easy access to DC and MD. We are on the top floor of a three-story building with an elevator and indoor garage. Our "guests" would have full use of two private offices and one two-person office, and would share the kitchen. Our copy room has an awesome high-speed printer/copier that the guests could use as well.
