This is the entire 4th floor with over 10,000 sq. ft. of space. Currently occupying two other startups, but loads of extra room. Lot's of light coming in, includes heat, cooling, desks and chairs. There is a kitchen area in the main office, three bathrooms, and plenty of space for setting up activities and startup-y things to do. The building is right in the downtown corridor, next to stadium theater. Other tenets are a K-8 school on the first floor, a private charter school on the third floor, and various professional offices on the second floor. Great location, plenty of parking, and maintenance person to help keep things clean, and clear. There are several coffee shops around, transportation right outside the building and easy access to Boston/NYC. Housing is inexpensive but 15 minutes from Providence. The building includes 24/7 access, an elevator, and roof access if really needed. We are a new plaza hosting innovative companies and rising stars.
