The Yard is a collective of shared and private office space in NYC with coworking month-to-month office space and shared desks for rent. With locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn, our offices and coworking spaces include 24/7 access to beautiful custom-built environments: shared desks, conference rooms, private offices, and lounge space. The space is nice and has good seating when you are renting a desk. Phone booths are hard to come by and somewhat spread out. Also, there are only three individual restrooms which can create a wait at times. On the whole a decent space.
