Conference Room Small Office Mini-Office Located in Downtown Las Vegas this space is great for team work meetings for 10ppl or less. A smaller, private office can handle one-on-one meetings. Fast WiFi, desk and couch space, ample outlets, fresh cold water, microwave, fridge, with coded door access and 24hr key-card access. Located above a full cafe and coffee shop with bars and restaurants located in walking distance. Steps from hotels, entertainment and local favorites.

There is PAID Parking options Downtown. There is a parking garage located one block away that costs $5 for all-day parking. Check out the coolest office on Fremont Street. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, Crowd Siren is a digital agency that works from the office part time. The team's cozy office is a great get-away for your work before you hit the town! Upstairs from The Beat Coffeehouse in the Emergency Arts Collective, this office is all yours! It includes 2 separate work spaces: a small office (100sq ft) with a door enclosed in a larger space (300 sq ft) that has 4 desks, a couch and seating area, water cooler, fridge and microwave available and a coded door with access 24hrs. The office is typically booked with the team M/T/W/F 8am - 2pm and is available for booking all other times unless otherwise noted. Security roam the area and the coffeehouse starts selling beer and wine downstairs at 7pm. Reserve the space and impress your clients by working from the heart of Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas.

Great space! Was perfect for our needs and I would definitely use this space again. Lauralie was very nice, accommodating and a quick communicator (responding to my text right away)! Only complaint was the room was almost unbearably hot the night we were there -- we kept opening the door but without any windows, that only brought temporary relief. Overall, great experience -- the space was exactly as described!
