** IN THIS ROOM WE NOW LIMIT TO 4 OR LESS FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING -- PLEXIGLASS PANELS UPON REQUEST** Our smaller multi-media conference room includes a 50" LCD screen, Windows 10 PC with webcam for web conference, internet or powerpoint, DVD or VHS screening, and wireless Intel Pro Widi or HDMI laptop connection. As a conference room seating for 4-6 around a table for meetings or depositions; As a training/webinar room, seating for 6 facing the LCD with two rows of tables; As a theater/screening room can be configured with seating for 9 facing the screen. Free dedicated guest WiFi, copy service available, access to coffee, tea, water and kitchen with refrigerator.

WiFi dedicated for guess access, setup instructions in each conference room.

Room Set-up

Room can be configured as #1 for conference (one conference table), or as #2 for training/webinar (adds additional training table) both facing screen, or as #3 a screening room (additional rows of chairs but only one table, up to 9 facing screen).

Video Conference ($)

This room includes a Windows 10 PC with Logitech 930e webcam, may be used with Skype, GoToMeeting, Zoom, or other web-based video conference systems. There is an addition TECH charge for setup and video conference may be subject to an hourly fee.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ended up in Conference Room A, which was very comfortable with natural light from the large windows. The coffee was very good too!

This was perfect for our needs. The office staff was so nice.. they felt like coworkers right away. The room was perfect. Needed to do some training and we work remotely so needed a place to meet. They had water, coffee and snacks for us. Just booked it a 2nd time.
