We offer a large, sunny and open events/work area with floor to ceiling windows with views to the park. Our room also has a bar & kitchenette, outdoor patio space and the setup is flexible beyond the usual conference/presentation/class-room settings. We offer traditional conference room chair & table seating or can customize the space in a more creative & collaborative layout with modern couches, chairs, coffee tables & cluster seating. We also are flexible with our hours- if you need availability outside of the booking window, we would be happy to work with you. We offer full services including corporate events, team building events, holiday parties, etc. Please feel free to contact us if you would like us to come up with something amazing for your team This space can accommodate up to 35 people (or for a "party" atmosphere... we can accommodate up to 60) Furniture is easy to move around. There is a large projector that works great for presentations and videos. There is also a small outdoor patio (upon request) There is a full restroom. We can arrange catering, coffee/tea & food service at your request through our many partners. Also available are bar/cocktail service and event planning/team building services

Perfect & exactly as described. I am an admin booking for our CTO presenting to 8 employees who came from out of town and one of the reasons I chose this space is its proximity to the hotels, MUNI and convenient restaurants. The location was so amazing- the attendees couldnt have been happier! Although I didnt see the space myself- our CTO gave me the following feedback: "clean & well-set up with good presentation area and nice division of space". He noted that it looked like the restrooms had been recently remodeled and the place was freshly painted so it looked very crisp and new. I had interactions with the staff (Kat- I think?) via email and she was great in helping me book catering and even recommended a few places for a post-meeting dinner. It sounded like they were on-site in the AM to greet our group and make sure we launched smoothly- but afterwards we had the whole space to our group.

Very cool space! It was everything it promised it would be and more. We were looking for a modern, professional but fun location for our kickoff cocktail hour and this was great. We loved the openness of the area- we could customize the layout however we wanted and they even offered to set up room for a "cocktail reception/presentation" so we didnt have to do any prep-work. The projector was great and the wifi was fast (we streamed video all night and never had a problem). Lance was really helpful when we got there- helped us put out a few signs and was available to help us set up the catering & cocktail part. Our company does a lot of off-sites and its a great change to not be stuck in a hotel conference room or backroom of a restaurant!!

What a great place for an off-site! My department had a offsite marketing meeting & presentation and after we wanted a space to have a happy-hour afterwards and this space was perfect. Sarah set things up for us the day before for the projector presentation and even worked with us to set up the food, drinks and music for the cocktail hour. We really appreciated the fact that they had a speaker & multiple kinds of connections for the projector (we have MacBooks) and the lighting could be easily changed. The location is really great- Fishermans Wharf and there are a few parking garages within a block. Its nice they will help you set anything up and are available if you have any questions. Will be renting again for our holiday events.... its a super versatile space!!!!

Amazing & versatile space! This is exactly what I was looking for- bright, open, airy and the communication from the owners was punctual. The venus is super modern and very clean with lots of lighting options. There were lots of white boards and the projector was even set up for Mac & PC. The location is perfect with lots of weekend parking and a safe area. I loved the fact that they asked some questions about my event and they set up the room just for my event and offered good suggestions for catering and food nearby.
