The office was good (didn't care for the decorative items in the office though). I was on camera and had to keep pushing the dry flowers out of the video. The most annoying part was the parking, or lack there of. I was not notified about the lack of parking and had to park in the Equinox Gym three blocks away ($15). I was initially told to park on nearby streets but they were completely full due to street sweeping. On the way back to my car a homeless person blocked my way in the middle of the street and wouldn't let me by. Good times.

The blonde woman who was in charge was dismissive and curt when I asked basic questions. Left me with a bad feeling about this place; which is a pity since it is located close to home but after my poor customer service experience I will have to look at other locations. The space was nice.

The space itself was great. Clean and comfortable. I'd say for a private office + kitchen, it was a 5/5.
It loses a star because the amenities are not as advertised. There is no wifi and no designated parking, so don't expect either. We were told that we can get on-street parking, but it's not guaranteed, only good for 2 hours, and you certainly shouldn't count on it.
I tried to contact the host twice – once by text, once by phone to ask some questions. I didn't get a response. The receptionist called her and was able to make contact immediately. She said she'd come in in 30 minutes to get us setup with wifi as a courtesy (since the ad was wrong), but she never showed.
I'd rate the experience with the host 1/5, given we had virtually no support and a misleading description of what was available. However, if you have no real need for these things, the space perfectly fine.

It afforded the privacy I needed for my client. It's a nice little office. Comfortable, close to the kitchen and bathrooms which is a plus. The receptionist was polite and helpful. I will certainly use the space again.
