The Santa Cruz Public Libraries provide vibrant physical and virtual public spaces where people connect, discover, and engage the mind. Nonprofit groups whose meetings are free and open to the public may use the meeting rooms. No admission fees, fund solicitations, or direct sales may be made. Groups may use rooms only for the hours booked in advance. All set-up and clean-up must be accomplished within the reserved time, unless staff assistance has been requested at an additional charge. Rooms must be returned to their original condition.

Room Set-up ($)
If any staff time is needed for help with technology or setting up the room, there is a flat fee of $25 per hour.
TV/Monitor
Large screen Smart TV $25 flat fee. Apple TV for use with devices running iOs7 or later. HDMI and VGA cables included. If your presentation device is not compatible with these connectors, you must supply your own adapter or connector.

The Santa Cruz Public Library provides vibrant physical and virtual public spaces where people connect, discover and engage the mind. Nonprofit groups whose meetings are free and open to the public may use the meeting rooms. No admission fees, fund solicitations or direct sales may be made. Groups may use rooms only for the hours booked in advance. All set-up and clean-up must be accomplished within the reserved time, unless staff assistance has been requested at an additional charge. The rooms must be returned to their original condition. Additional amenities are billed separately and must be paid directly at the venue on the day of your meeting. (This venue also has an outdoor amphitheater that can be booked for an additional fee of $20.00/hr. This workspace can be found under workspaces for this venue.
