Rating and Reviews

Board Meeting Room next to Santana Row
Board Meeting Room next to Santana Row
The room was nicer and bigger than it looks in the photographs—plus very private and with its own access from the parking lot. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Extra services (e.g., coffee, tea, bottled water) was great. Only amenity to make it 5-Stars for our purpose is for better audio/video if you need to do computer presentations and conferencing (e.g., WebEx). Suggestions: way to darken the room/window & door blinds, table top professional speaker phone, more flexible positioning of the projection system with the white board). Staff made a good effort to optimize these limitations, which was appreciated and in the end our visitors had a positive impression and experience. I would definitely use it again in the future.
